Maquoketa Marlins, front to back, Ellie Cagle, Morgan Millsap, and Kahlan Baker are headed to state to represent the Maquoketa Marlins YMCA swim team in Marshalltown on March 6. Cagle will compete in the 100 free, Millsap in the 50 and 100 backstroke and 100 free, and Baker will compete in the 50 fly, 50 back, and 50 free events. Coach Scott Warren said he was proud of their accomplishments. “Success in swimming doesn’t just happen, it takes hard work and dedication and these ladies have given it their all!”
