A woman reportedly stole two king-size candy bars, put them in her pocket and left without paying for them at Casey’s East General Store, Maquoketa.

Bale of hay sitting on the road, 150th Street and Highway 61.

Mower and trailer under a truck, road blocked, no injuries, Baldwin.

Trespassing reported at Leisure Lake.

Gray car went off the road at 31821 Highway 52. Driver was reported missing out of Minnesota and was transported to Mercy Hospital in Dubuque.

Person at fairgrounds riding a white bike and scaring horses there.

Maquoketa firefighters responded to reports of two farm tractors on fire near livestock at 241st Avenue and Highway 64. They were on scene about 45 minutes.

Bellevue firefighters reported to old deck boards on fire at 1210 Mulberry St. They were on scene about 30 minutes.

Report of person shooting firecrackers off balcony, 303-6 Western Ave., Maquoketa.

Grass complaint, 308 N. Otto St., Maquoketa.

Report of harassing phone calls, 112 S. Division St., Preston.
