Semi tailgating, honked at caller, then passed in no-passing zone on Highway 52.

Assault reported Feb. 16 at Crestridge.

Vehicle flipped at 26930 320th St. after hit icy patch. “Everything has been flipped back over, and everyone is driving away.”

Small dark car with flashers on Highway 61. University of Dubuque students had car trouble.

Attempted breaking-and-entering. Subject has Scott County warrant and was violating pretrial release for second-degree theft and voluntary absence from custody.
