William Ray Schick, 51, of 700 Pershing Rd., Lot #73, Maquoketa, guilty plea to first-offense marijuana possession, 90 days in jail (suspended), probation, $315 fine, costs and surcharges. 

Kyle Steven Wisely, 27, of 1328 W. Fourth St., Davenport, guilty plea to eluding, 180 days in jail (suspended), probation, $625 fine, costs and surcharge.

Jeremy Delgado, 36, of 2423 S. 14th Ave., Clinton, was charged with third-degree burglary.

On April 2, according to charging documents, Delgado was seen pushing open a locked door at 332 Ferry Road., Miles, then leaving with a suitcase with what appeared to be an antique scale inside. Video surveillance also showed Delgado walking in the alley with an antique pick axe and other items, charging documents allege.

Trae Daniel Kane, 21, of 1014-4 German St., Maquoketa, was charged with public intoxication.

On April 14, officers responded to a dispute at 1014-4 German St. Kane showed signs of intoxication, yelled, refused to go to bed as asked, and tested above the legal limit for alcohol, according to charging documents.

Dallas Shannon Jamison, 30, of 212 N. Olive St., Maquoketa, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense.

On April 10, a vehicle driven by Jamison was stopped. The officer’s K9 dog alerted the officer to possible drugs in the vehicle, according to charging documents. In the trunk was a clear plastic baggie with marijuana inside, according to charging documents.

Norma Jean Lafrenz, 54, of 1205-112 E. Platt St., Maquoketa, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; unlawful possession of a prescription drug; possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense; gathering where controlled substances are used; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On April 9, a search warrant at Lafrenz’s home resulted in officers finding baggies with methamphetamine inside, marijuana, pipes, bongs, one-hitters, scales baggies, grinders, and three pills. According to charging documents, Lafrenz was allowing others to use drugs there.

Brieanna Elise Allura Summers, 30, of 651-1 N. Matteson St., Maquoketa, was charged with driving while barred, child endangerment, and operating under the influence, first offense.

According to charging documents, Summers left the Jackson County Regional Health Center emergency room in a vehicle while not having a valid driver’s license. Summers admitted to consuming alcohol, showed signs of impairment and tested above the legal limit, charging documents claimed. Children were in the vehicle at the time.

Alexander Ronald Swan, 26, of 81 Market St., Zwingle, was charged with operating under the influence, first offense.

According to charging documents, Swan hit another vehicle at Highway 62 and the Bellevue-Cascade Road. Swan kept driving, was pulled over, and tested above the legal limit, records show.

Rollin Ray Waddell, 52, of 211 S. Olive St., Maquoketa, was charged with operating under the influence, first offense.

On April 14, Waddell was stopped for speeding on the 800 block of E. Summit Street. Waddell admitted to consuming Milwaukee’s Best and showed signs of intoxication, according to charging documents.

Rachel Ann Clark, 31, of 107 E. Washington St., Monmouth, guilty plea to fifth-degree theft, fine of $65, restitution, surcharge and costs.

Derek Michael Hansen, 27, of 302 S. Matteson St., Maquoketa, guilty plea to forgery, deferred judgement, probation, deferred civil penalty of $750, surcharge, restitution and costs.
