Three Maquoketa clubs went together to help the children who attend the local Headstart Program: Maquoketa Optimist Club, Maquoketa Lions Club, and Helion Masonic Lodge. They purchased a pair of athletic shoes and a package of socks for all 20 children who attend the Maquoketa Headstart program.
